- Organize Essential Documentation: We help you apply for a D-number with Norwegian authorities, followed by a tax card.
- Secure Norwegian Authorization: Based on your current qualifications, you will apply for Norwegian authorization.
- Collaborative Learning: During your initial period at a Norwegian clinic, you will work closely with our experienced engineers. We arrange various patient meetings to familiarize you with Norwegian documentation procedures alongside a colleague. This includes a phase of shadowing, gradually increasing your capacity to contribute. You'll learn about our patients, available aids, partners, and regulations concerning patient rights in the Norwegian system.
- Supportive Team Environment: Once you're ready to manage your own patients and partners, the team will always be there as a supportive resource.

How to apply for authorization as a CPO
If you have work experience and can document it, it might be enough to apply for authorization directly. First an intermediate licence to practice, until you master the language on required level.
Internship for newly graduated CPOs
To be eligible to apply for an authorization in Norway, there is a 2-year mandatory program for newly graduated CPOs.
